Tijarah Al-Amin — Terms of Membership

These Terms govern membership in Tijarah Al-Amin ("TJA"), operated by iSpace Digital Capital Sdn Bhd. By registering, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Open to business owners committed to ethical, compliant business practice, registering as Personal (verified by MyKad/IC) or Business (verified by SSM).

2. The Aku Janji pledge

By joining, you commit to Amanah (trust), Siddiq (honesty), Fathanah (wisdom), Tabligh (transparency), and Adl & Ihsan (fairness and excellence). [Full pledge text to be finalized.]

3. Membership process

Registration and KYC submission do not guarantee Bank Islam account approval; account opening is at Bank Islam's sole discretion. There is no fixed deadline for verification. Full membership benefits — Directory listing, Access Solutions, event access — activate once verification is complete. [Membership fee, if any, to be specified.]

4. Access Solutions

Verified members may self-select partner solutions (banking, connectivity, AI/e-commerce) through Bank Islam, Maxis, and Alibaba.com. Each partner's own terms apply; TJA facilitates access but is not a party to those agreements.

5. Conduct & ethics

Members agree to conduct business in line with the Aku Janji pledge. TJA reserves the right to remove a member's Directory listing or membership status for material breach of the pledge or these Terms.

6. Relationship to MyTijarah (MTJ)

TJA and MTJ are related programs. A verified TJA member's Bank Islam verification status may be recognized on MTJ without re-submission, matched by the same IC or SSM record used for TJA.

7. No guarantee of outcomes

TJA facilitates introductions and access but does not guarantee financing approval, business outcomes, or partner product/service performance.

10. Governing law
